SHIPPING POLICY

Destinations and rates

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the EU countries available at checkout.

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
€6.95 shipping. Free shipping from €99.

Austria, Czechia, France, Ireland, Luxembourg and Poland:
€9.95 shipping. Free shipping from €149.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden:
€19.95 shipping. Free shipping from €199.

The correct shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and order value.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are normally processed the same day. Delivery on the next working day may be possible for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, but is not guaranteed. Delivery to other EU countries normally takes longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Unless another period has been agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Tracking and address information

When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after dispatch. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Delayed, missing or damaged shipments

The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods. If a shipment is delayed, missing or visibly damaged, contact info@buckbootz.nl with your order number. If possible, photograph damaged packaging before opening it and retain the packaging while we investigate.
