All orders are despatched via our next day DHL carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 1-2 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 14:00 Friday and 08:00 Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on weekends and Holidays and will not process orders until the next available business day.

We use DHL as our courier for consumer shipments. When your order is confirmed as collected you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, which will contain the tracking link for your parcel. Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are handed to the courier for delivery i.e. on warehouse despatch.
